CORE DRILLING

Diamond Core drills are used when drilling circular holes in reinforced precasted concrete, asphalt, and brick and center block. This application in normally used for electrical, plumbing, heating, sewer installations and structural anchors. Diamond core drilling is normally a dust free exercise with minimal noise levels capable of cutting through steel with little difficulty.

CONCRETE CUTTING

Walk behind sawing describes the cutting of flat surfaces, normally done at warehouse floors for the installation Plumbing, Electrical or retrofitted Floor Drain applications. Depths of up to 18″ or more can be cut using diamond segmented blades. Walk behind cutting provides a “clean, finished look” after completion compared to broken edges when using conventional “Jackhammers”.

Hand held sawing is normally performed in areas where walk behind sawing is not possible. All cutting are done with diamond segmented blades to minimize chipping. This is a very versatile saw and is usually used for cutting curbes or similar applications.

BREAKING AND REMOVAL
